Need rear door hinge

Hello, trying my hardest to find rear drivers side door hinges for my Lexus LS400 1994. Have sorced and bought second hand doors but did not realise I needed hinges. Do not want to scrap car for the lack of door hinges. Its so comfy and nice to drive. A man drove his car into mine hence the need for repairs.

Any advice or help with this would be great.

Hi Maureen. Welcome to LOC.
I assume you tried to contact the supplier of your doors. Apart from that route you could try the online search of car breakers to see if anyone contacts you.

There is a Lexus breaker that many here have used, and know doubt someone here will forward the details.

Hi John, Thank you very much. I have left a message for Paul on his mobile. Yes I have contacted supplier of doors they said hinges normally cut of because its easier. But they will try and find for me. Happy with there service, paid for doors Thursday late afternoon arrived Monday morning. If any use to any one they are called Orange Autosalvage Altham, Lancs tel: 01254 386541 I found them by going on 1st choice breakers search.

Paul just got back to me sadly no joy.

I think this is just going to need some patience to resolve. It is still possible that someone on the forum may have some hinges as there have been a couple of posts lately of people changing doors after buying there cars back from insurance after claiming. Most people seem to read new posts, but not immediately first going to posts about there particular vehicle type. Good Luck.
