I was removing my rear seat today in anticipation of my new shock absorbers arriving and found this wool mark under a headrest. So no doubt about what they're covered in.

The Lexus quality especially the LS never ceases to amaze me. You won't this sort of quality of materials and workmanship in modern vehicles.

We have a modern BMW in the family but interior trim plastics and leather is no where as good quality - the door pull area is nice and shiney and clearly starting to show wear, The coin tray no longer closes. The seats are difficult to clean due to grain texture.

I saw a 2 year old Mercedes c class parked up today and the headlights had lost their shine and one of the was clouded up from inside.

A Lexus LS never shouts about how well put together it is.

I suspect if I was driving anything else that was nearly 20years old with over 200K on the clock, I would be wondering what was wrong with me.

Bleat?  I thought that was my creaking suspension, does that mean I wasted my money?
