Phonebook Transfer

First problem I have encountered with my IS250 and was wondering if anyone can help. My car has the multimedia system and I can connect my phone no problem with the car using Bluetooth. However when I try to transfer my phonebook the Bluetooth is disconnected. Not sure why this is but not a major problem. Will just input my phonebook manually. Thought I would try here first though for a possible fix. Its an Iphone 8 I am trying to transfer.

Have you tried unpairing them and then re- pairing👍

Remember that you have to send itt from the phone, i did this a fev days ago and vaited and vaited, noting hapend, i had to tell the phone to send the contacts, and its ok now.

Is it an Iphone you have? I have looked but cannot find how you send contacts from an Iphone 8

Anyone got another idea? Just noticed on my Iphone 8 when I go into Bluetooth settings on my phone and select my wifes Mini it gives me the option to sync contacts. This option is not available when I select Lexus in my Bluetooth settings. Think it will need to be a manual install of my phonebook😡
