Passenger seat

Hi all, so my passenger seat in my 2008 is250 (non electric) is stuck back, it moves about a cm when i lift the bar and try to slide the seat forward then seems to pull towards the centre console and just stops. When it slide back i think it made like a clunk sound and dropped a bit,

Ive checked the rails and they're free, everything under the seat seems to be working fine,

Any ideas?
