Just had the 100k service done at Lexus Twickemham. Very good service and all in for £515 which i don't think is a bad price. 

They did say i need new lower front castor bushes and front arb bushes. Are these best to get through lexus or any there any after market ones that people have used that are better?  Prices are around £65 each. With fitting comes to over £800!! Don't think ill be getting them fitted by Lexus as that is only 4 hours labour time too

Mine is due the 100k service in September (although its just hit 40k) what did that include?

'Sensorary evaluation of valve clearances" does that equate to 'listen and 'see' if valves are tapping?

Pretty much!

However, I'd like to think that with the prices Lexus charge, they use a proper mechanic's stethoscope to listen out for any abnormalities. 😄

Impressive “check list”......just had mine serviced on Tuesday at a Lexus specialist.
