Aircon code

Hi All

Being new to this forum I am hoping that someone will be able to help with an issue I have got with the air conditioning on my is220d. The aircon fluctuates between warm and cold it has been regassed but is still the same. There is fault code stored (B1442) which wont clear. I have checked and it seems to relate to the air con amplifier/ servo motor. Any advice will be appreciated.

According to my list of fault codes it relates to the air inlet servo motor circuit, and I assume this would be the motorised control flap that either gives outside air or recirculated air to the cabin. 
On some Lexus cars this mechanism can be damaged if the control is not in the re circulation mode before changing the air filter. "Not sure on the Is220"

Thanks for your reply John. I think that I will have look into what kind of repair it will be to fix the fault but I could be making do with warm air.
