Hello every one,
the fog lights don't work in my lexus GS I 300 , so I decided to check the bulbs, the bulbs work. then I thought it is fuse problem. I opened fuse panel in driver side and replaced the fog light fuse, then nothing happened the lights still not working.
But I found some fuses connected with wires to each other (soldered wires), see attached picture. I have replaced the connected to each other fuses (so no connected fuses any more) with new ones, but I got a new problem, the parking lights don't work nany more.

One of the fuses, which were connected, is the Tail fuse ( Tail lights, Side marker lights, License plate lights, Parking lights)
the Side marker lights still work.

Have someone ever seen this connected fuses and could tell me, or can help with this problem??

thanks in advance

Wow, I have no idea what's going on there!

At the very least you'll need a multimeter and a wiring diagram to sort it out.

However, I would be inclined to take it to a proper auto-electrician and get him to do it because whoever did that is obviously a right cowboy and may have made other dangerous modifications to the wiring somewhere else.

I will try to get the old fuses with the soldered wires, if it doesn't work, I will go to an auto-electrician.
