Check this car out, seller is saying it's a 2006 gs300, but it's a mk2, lexus didn't make a mk2 gs300 in 2006.

But the last mk2 was made in 2004 wasn't it. In late 2004 they came out with the mk3 gs300

Maybe it's just older stock like the X reg LS400 I see often.

The last was around mid 2005, although don't know if that was a European model. Many vehicles that are in showrooms don't get registered for some time after manufacture.

 

If viewing check the paperwork - I'm sure it is Lexus' records that are wrong but the VIN associated to that registration shows a Cyprus vehicle manufactured in 2002/2003 so potentially could be an import.
