Growling / rumbling sound when maintaining constant speed

Hi all,

a month ago I bought a used 2014 Lexus IS 300h and I have one issue with it - when I go on a highway or a regular road on a constant speed, e.g. 120km/h on the highway, the car starts giving a growling / rumbling bass sound. Then, when I release the gas pedal, it stops. Then after a while after having the gas pedal at one position maintaining constant speed, it get the same sounds from the car, same situation. Has anybody else experienced this? It's happening quite often at constant speed.

I would turn off the active sound control (Asc) usually right of steering wheel and see if that stops it first.
