with the 400 now getting exceedingly rare and overpriced by some dealers ,if im to go for a 430 is the facelift version the better option

It is because it has the 6 speed box, reversing camera and Bluetooth, as well as a sharper front and rear.  You get slightly more modern looking wheels and all wood trim rather than brushed aluminium.
