LS600 straight pipes (remap?)

Hi,

Am looking to run a straight pipe inc the cat delete.

Does the car HAVE to be remapped or can it do without? From what i know u have to remap it.

If needed remapped where can i go thats recommened?

If it's like other Toyota ECUs you can't re-flash it with a new map. That's one where GM has it all over Toyota. Goodness knows what messing with the cats and O2 sensors would do on a hybrid system. Approach with caution.

I second Michael's post.

Why would you want to remap a hybrid? They are so complex, you could easily end up causing some very expensive problems.
