Does anyone know if all UK 07-09 460's came with air suspension or did some come with regular struts

Are you after just your specific car or just generally all 460's

Just doing homework ahead of getting a 460 & due to health reasons this will probably be my last car & just trying to gauge possible repair costs as I'm no longer in work, but this car has always been a dream of mine to own & is number 1 on my bucket list & obviously coils will be cheaper to fix than air if it ever goes wrong.

I'm pretty sure they all have air suspension. I have, certainly, never heard of a European 460 with coils.

For what it's worth, I'm coming up to 95,000 miles on mine and have had no problems. Mind you, I don't very often drive on those bloody awful British roads. A few years ago, I was given a tip by the dealer which I follow...…….every month I go through all the suspension and gearbox selections, driving about 10 miles in each, just to exercise the various modes. At the same time I run the airco to full cold for 10 minutes to check out the compressor then full hot for the same length of time. The 'full hot' kills any fungal growth in the ducting.

Cheers Tulpen I didn't think they would have both & I know the air ride is probably uber reliable & I more than likely wouldn't have any issues with it but just thought if both were available I'd opt for simpler option.

That all makes sense which is why I've always applied the parking brake, if its designed to work and it isn't used it stands to reason that it'll seize or just not function properly after time. I even use the soft close door function every week or so.

The 460 has an automatic parking brake selection which applies the parking brake every time 'Park' is selected on the gear shift. Totally agree about the soft close door function.
