Here is one for you GS series 1 fans

Differences between a SE and a Sport... what are they

I see

Grill

Wheels

Suspension

Rear Spoiler

IS there anything else?

How hard is the ride on the sport?

That's about it Steve bar some decals on rear quarterlights and front spoiler, oh and a big grin on the owners face!

hmm wondering if it is worth the extra insurance group and price.

yes without a doubt i would not have bought a gs300 if they did not come in sport mode ,have you looked at them both :duh:

looks wise there's nothing what can touch the sport (my view).........

as regards to the ride quallity, having not been in an SE i couldn't tell you but in my experience its a better ride than my volvo which i had before

in a word YES its worth the extra ins group

I will admit though steve the price difference between the sport and the se is a lot in the second hand market and in my opinion you do pay a premium just for some alloys a set of springs and a grille and spoiler .so know were you are comming from you could save yourself a few grand with the equivilant se ,that is until a sport pulls up next to you and you relise what you have done :driving:

ok.. legatto ... whats up with the legatto then? loads about real cheap.. these low of the low?

Ever though to youself that I should know this being chairman and all? :D :D

sport spolers and grills are readily available... then get some aftermarket wheels that look better than the sport.. Rondells always look nice..

premium would be £50 -100

Eibachs wouldbe nice.. £250

Wheels 1K

Spoiler £100

Stickers (£0)

Grill £60

£1500 at the most
