My new (hopefully) fox proof antenna

Having had my aerial chewed and pulled off three times I thought I'd have one of these.  I don't know if there's any connection but the phone/Bluetooth signal has never been as strong!

in olden times I had a Vauxhall Carlton ( brand new company car in 1988 ) and the aerial was integrated into the front windscreen 

that worked fine too and creature proof

Yes, I don't really understand why they can't all be like that.
