Does anyone know how to polish or replace scratched speedometer plastic cover? Where can I buy one? Any recomendation? Anyone does in London, 🇬🇧?

This is probably the best you could use. The plastic cover won't come separately. They mark very easily so you do have to be careful when cleaning.

Bloody hell has someone been cleaning it with a brillo pad? 

You won't be able to remove those marks without adding any more yourself.

You can get plastic polishing compounds which will polish those out but it will be quite difficult to apply it with the cluster in situ. Ideally something less abrasive than a product for plastic headlights as it will be a much softer plastic over the instrument cluster.

You could just try a pure wax to fill in the scratches, they will be less visible if filled.

Yeah....I bough this car from Lexus...I wonder what they did to it.
