Battery Insecure 12v

HI

The car went into Lexus today and a visual health check returned the above advisory which was a “red”. Has anyone come across this before? I’ve disconnected the 12v recently to do a reset and didn’t replace the cover. Could it be something as simple as this?

Yes. If the cover is missing the is a possibility of a metal object placed in the boot shorting out the Battery giving rise to a fire.
