is300h indicators

I saw this mentioned elsewhere for a different Lexus, but can you change the number of flashes when overtaking, if so how ?

I do find the indicators frustrating.  It's ok if you are going around a corner and they self cancel, but if cancelling manually, it's so

easy to end up indicating the wrong way, by mistake. Unless I am doing something wrong.

Yes, you can change to standard 3 flashes to 5 or 7 using Techstream or Carista android app with proper OBD interface, or just ask your dealer 🙂

Right! I remembered something about, a bit more complicate but with great advantage to need no interfaces.

Indeed. Though, if you're at the dealer, let them do it for you. As with everything they do, they'll probably charge you for doing so.

DIY is far too fiddly for me. Will get Lexus Chester to change it to 5 flashes at my upcoming service

you can use a special flasher unit to give you the lane change feature

Am I missing something? I don't see the need for this, Is300h has lane change feature. Maybe needed if you want those strobe features.

Perhaps the 250 doesn't have lane change, in which case this may be great!
