For a start, Lexus won't be using a 416hp engine in an IS F-Sport, especially as the F-Sport trim level is a handling and cosmetic package meaning that they'd have to use this engine across the board rather than in just the F-Sport trim level.

Additionally, Lexus are developing an engine to replace the NA V6. This could be an all new 3.0l turbo V6 or they might just do a cost cutting exercise and take 1 turbo off the 3.5l TT V6. Either way, the engine will have roughly 350-360hp. 

I would imagine if Lexus are contemplating using the TTV6, it would be exclusively for an F model and possibly tuned to the region of 440-450hp
