Hi, Can anyone help me on front brake issue, I am now on my second set of discs and pads within a year, the first set got replaced under warranty the second set are now warped after three months same as first set, now putting on a third set .Can anyone help me with this issue.

You're either driving with your foot constantly on the brake pedal as well as the accelerator, or the brakes are not releasing properly, or you're fitting rubbish discs/pads.

How do you know they're warped?

Vibration when braking can be caused by a lot of different things. Could be dodgy pads, warped discs, hubs etc. 

Also, are you bedding the brakes in?

As ^ above, but also it is good practice to check the disc run out with a dial gauge, and then turn the discs on the wheel studs till the lowest run out figure position of the five posible positions is found.

I found that he disc runout was way outside of the .035mm permitted runout, it turned out it was due to the disc/hub mating faces not being clean enough - Tiny hot spots of corrosion were enough to cause the issue.
