quiet tyre recommendations please

I normally leave my winter tyres on all year, but if I take them off in April they could go back on in November and last me another winter.  So I am looking for some really really quiet tyres for a 400H.  Anybody know which are the quietest?

Goodyear Efficient Grip SUV are rated at 67dB

Camskill are £4 cheaper per tyre if you haven't bought them yet

I recently got two Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons put on the rear and they're much quieter than the Dunlop SP Sport 270's that were on there and they also appear to be excellent tyres.
