Adjusting Door Striker Plate on an 05 LS430

I was wondering if anyone can help as i'm currently ripping my hair out trying to find the correct tool to loosen the bolts on my drivers side door striker plate (door protrudes slightly causing wind noise and squeaking)

So far I've bought a torx set and although a t30 comes close to fitting it doesn't seem to work, Bought another set of tools which transpired to be a VW only tool and am at a bit of a loss,

Any ideas what to use?

The striker plates are torqued up when fitted and an ordinary wrench will not get them loose even if you find the correct bit, the best tool is an impact gun, air preferably but care is needed as destroying the head of the bolt will bring a nightmare scenario.

Thank you for the reply, I'll take it to a bodyshop in that case, Its not an urgent issue it just annoys me so needs sorting :)
