Anyone used this outfit in Guildford?  We’ve recently moved from north London to Woking, so they’re pretty local.

One or two people have used them on these forums, I haven't heard anything bad about them. Not used them personally myself.

I mentioned previously my neighbour gets his LS400 serviced annually at Lexus Guildford (from new) and thinks they’re reasonably priced and provide an excellent service.

I can’t afford to go ‘off-piste’ with main dealer labour rates should the need arise, hence looking at alternative options.

I'm not sure I'd say Lexus Guildford's rates were ever responsible. One of the most expensive in the country until Lexus made all the dealers use the same pricing - now every dealer is at the high end of unreasonable.
