Front seats

The front passenger seat in my 300h is used virtually only on long distance (holiday) trips. Does anyone know if the driver and passenger seats are interchangeable ? If the driver's seat starts to wear too much can it can be 'swapped' with the passenger seat ?

I doubt it as the switches/handles would be on the wrong side of the seats.

Try using a leather food/cleaner regularly and you shouldn't have to swap seats round.

The seats themselves, no. 

The covers of the seats - possibly but not on the F-Sport as the foam is injected into it. 

Would I do it? No, simply because it looks odd and then you'll have 2 badly worn seats.
