Does anyone know if it is a straightforward job to replace the standard (Horizontal ribs), top and bottom Radiator Grills for the nicer looking Diamond Hatching Grill, (I think it is the one used on the F-Sport Model)

I just think this looks so much nicer, is it just a case or replacement grills or do I need a complete new bumper as well?

Yes, should just be plug and play - the front bumpers in all facelift CTs are the same 

The F-Sport just has a different grill, fog light surrounds and additional black paint under the foglights
