If you want discount, try euro car parts online. You can save alot of money with them.

I use Castrol Edge 5w-30 for my 430 - on a side note will 0w-30 make much difference - will it be better for the engine?

Hi

In the UK, it doesn't get cold enough to need a 0w, so you won't really notice any difference.

Hi

I would use a 5w-30 oil

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-653-5w-30.aspx

The best ones there are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Motul 300V, Mobil ESP, Castrol Edge, Shell Helix Ultra ECT, Millers XF, Fuchs GT1 and Red Line, but the Motul Eco-Energy, Mobil Super 3000, Shell Helix HX7 AF/AG and Fuchs XTR are good cheaper alternatives.

Tim

Hi Tim,

any special deal for me if I buy from you :)

Thanks

Hi

There's not many offers on 5w-30s at the moment, just a discount on the Mobil ESP, but you can use the code LOC for 10% off the website prices. The Fuchs GT1 Pro Flex is a really good oil for the money, unless you want to go for a top end performance oil, I would probably go for the Pro Flex.

You can get 33% off at Euro car parts buy using code SAVE33. So a 5 litre 5w30 Shell Helix would cost you around £18

Not much difference then. But i would rather stick with Shell Helix as that's what they use at Toyota and Lexus dealers, all they do is put their own label on it.

Well I normally use Castrol Edge - but i might try Shell next time - current price at ECP is under £16 for 5 litres
