I had a look at the new Volvo XC launch photos, and from the side and rear, it looks almost pure NX300 sport.  Is it just me or have they more than been influenced by the NX styling?  Same windscreen rake, similar looking dimensions, similar side profile and windscreen styling queues, similar rear light styling queues...An opportunity lost for Volvo to do something different and maybe more practical?

Not too sure - I think it looks more like a Skoda Yeti

And its got Nissan Qashqai wheels

The rear window design also looks lifted from the Qashqai.

TBH I dont really like it - doesn't look great IMO, just another mini SUV.

The styling on the latest Volvos doesn't do much for me.

This and the new XC60 are very generic. Jaguar SUV at the front, Qashqai from the side profile, and Renault Kadjur at the back. Overall it could be a Seat  or a VW or any other Eurobox.

It's a shame, but it will doubtless be a fine car to sit in and drive.
