Thats what i have gone for, 275/30  on rears and 245/35 fronts. Went for Michelin PS4s as they are the replacement for the Pilot Super Sports. Just need to get some time to go and have them fitted.

I've just done the front this size today and they fit fine without any rubbing.  Will be changing the rears in the next few months and will also be doing this.

Price is a tad dearer than OEM sizes but when you compare the 225 and 245 next to eachother there is a good 30mm more rubber!

Got a cracking deal on Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres so will report back what they're like

I found the OEM being £1 cheaper than the upsize total for 4 tyres. No brainer really!!

I'm about to buy 4 new tyres too. Do people oversize for more grip?
What's best place to get the Pilot Sport 4's? Blackcirlces is currently doing them (stock size) at £200 a tyre, plus delivery.  I'm thinking of getting them delivered and having my local Lexus dealership fit them.

@ToothyDave I've mentioned before that you will really not feel at normal road speeds/driving much if any difference by fitting the larger tyres.

The Michelin's are an excellent tyre no doubt about it,I've recently had fitted all in standard Bridgestone for £600.00 all round, I accept though that aesthetically the larger sizes fill the arches somewhat, but hey size isn't everything 🤗

Oh and the £2-300.00 saved can be put to better use  IMO, pay for those US BUSHES you want 😁

Tyres ordered. Went to Costco in the end. They're getting in the Pilot Sport 4 S's I wanted. Fronts about £220 fitted. Rears just under £200. With £60 discount offer on at the moment it came to around £775. Stuck with the standard sizes.
