Has anyone done anything to theirs?

ive looked at threads on bulb changing, window tinting and wheel refurbishing, but has anyone put new wheels on for example?

Mark / @lockeyboy, what plans do you have in mind?

Hi Lee

not sure to be honest, having just lost my single key for my Accord, making it the worlds heaviest and most pointless paperweight, a new key is top of the list!

From the first link I'd definitely take the wheels and the exhausts, can't beat two twin pipes

from the second I like the coloured lexus badges, would be interesting to see what they look like in the flesh

time to check what the yen is worth...

Mine has arrived

first thing to do is give it a good clean

then I have a strange desire to hydro wrap bits...

Mark / @lockeyboy, good to finally see your new chariot.

Wrapping bits? Oh dreary me, what are you thinking!

More importantly, how are you getting along with it?

It's surprised me how quickly it can get to the appropriate speed limit (and not a single mph over)

effortless drive, which won't be said of the  polishing that needs doing. At some point I think it had a full valet with every grade of sandpaper

Just drove it home today, very impressed

ls400 mk4 (pictured behind) is now Sorn, mk3 (not pictured) is back on the road

two consecutive weekend trips to Dorset (in the wife's RX) mean neither will get anywhere near a wash until the end of the month...

theres something very odd about hydro dipping but I can't help but like it

Excellent, glad to hear that you've stretched her legs already.

Ah, the state of your paintwork sounds familiar. I hope that you're up to the job of buffing her back to gleamyness. You'd best be eatin' plenty of spinach ;)

@lockeyboy, i guess you'll be keen to hydro dip the wooden interior bits'n'bobets?

I quite fancy a set of DRL's but can't find any aftermarket options that I like/look OEM.

I thought I saw an LED DRL/fog light option in Japan yesterday but I can't seem to find it today

Hi Lee

I was thinking under the engine bay (the covers) or the wheels (carbon effect) but they'd need to be perfect beforehand I assume so seems pretty superfluous

first job, second key @ £250 (not lexus prices )

such a great car
