Certainly looks like a Mk1 David , very nice too ,if only I had room for another and the spare cash to buy it .

not sure about Celsior but the Ls400 UK models Mk1 and Mk2 have exterior fog lamps at the front.

The Mk 3  has fog lamps incorporated in the main cluster.

They have been advertising that specific car/ import for years ? now ........ and it started much much higher ££

The series I and II Celsiors (1989-1994) had single piece headlights/foglights with yellow tinted fog sections where as the same year Lexus LS400s had separate units housed together.

The Celsior also had no wing repeater indicators as both sections of the bumper mounted indicators have bulbs in them not just the front sections.
