Hi all, still loving driving the GS. However, I've noticed a squeaking creaking from under the bonnet when I've switched off. Any idea what it is and is it normal?

Thanks,

Alan

Toyota / Lexus hybrids make all sorts of noises after they've been switched off. My wife's Auris HSD does a lovely impression of a ZX Spectrum loading, along with clunks bangs and whirrs. The GS seems to have a more limited repertoire, but it still vocalises. Nothing to worry about - "they all do that, sir."

Yeah, my teenage son decided he wanted to stay in our car (IS300h) when we were at the supermarket a few weeks ago.

When we got back, he said that the car makes all sorts of weird noises after it was switched off :-)

I've heard a few myself too.

That's good to know. I thought something may be leaking but couldn't see anything on the drive.

Yes completely normal and mentioned in the manual. Sounds a but like gas being released
