hello lads and ladies

I have recently bought a 2002 IS200 SE a month ago. Great car only problem is the radio. Im getting a bit bored of listening to the same songs on the radio and would like to play songs through my phone or my USB, i have an aftermarket radio at home that i got when i had my previous car (2004 Opel Corsa) its a Pioneer DEH-3900BT single din radio. But the wiring does not match up. I enquired about this in Halfords. they told me if it has an amp that i have to run a wire from that to the back of the radio and along with a wiring harness adapter it would work. can some one clarify this for me? is there a forum with instructions to do this or a video on youtube ?

All help is appreciated

Thanks

Yeah, you can buy an amp bypass cable, lots for sale on eBay. All pretty straightforward once you have the cable and a fascia adaptor.

Do you have aux? If so get an aux Bluetooth adapter and just stream music off that. Hides nicely away in the glovebox
