Noise possible steering

I have a noise which is difficult to identify , believe it might be to do with power steering as seems more prevalent when turning but can only hear when roof is down and then difficult to separate from road noise.

There is a posting on you tube with very similar sound but no suggestion as to how it was cured , old post and for USA 

Anyone any idea , Lexus dealer could not hear it but only tested with roof up

It could be from a wheel bearing, does it happen when turning slightly or turning slightly harder like roundabouts etc?  It could even be as simple as a tyre.

Have you checked the power steering fluid level and belt tension?

It does sound a bit like the power steering pump in the video, almost as annoying as the guy himself!

maybe a steering bush component worn ?

Ignoring the sound of the tyre on the surface, it does sound like the steering pump to me. Sometimes you do get that sound on full lock perhaps if the reservoir is slightly low or there is air in the system.
