"My Lexus" still failing

After weeks of unusability during the transfer from "Lexus Portal" to "My Lexus", I now find the Journey Planner unusable because when you go to "Saved Journeys" simply nothing happens. This means there is no way of transferring your journey to the car, rendering the whole system useless. 

 

I take it this isn't just me? I do pay for this through my monthly lease...

It's been working fine for me! Admittedly the auto-download in the car has been a little temperamental but it hasn't failed so far... 

BTW - you say you pay for this service? I'm not!

Well, I pay in the sense that I pay extra for the premium nav and that is part of the extra.

The problem appears to have resolved itself this evening. It's still a minor irritation, in the sense that after the last few months I can't now be certain whether I'll have it. A minor thing, but it wouldn't take much to get it right (actually I'm at a loss to work out what was wrong with the old system, which worked fine all the time for me).

I agree, it really shouldn't be so unreliable. No excuses for launching a buggy, laggy web function. 

That said Mercedes aren't faring much better with their Mercedes Me connectivity suite..
