Does anyone have a spare or recommend a UK supplied strut brace that I can purchase reasonably?

I've seen some USA and Japan sites, but feel they are a little too expensive.

Ideally, I would not want to pay more than circa £100.

A quick search of the likely suppliers didn't turn anything up. You could try Richard Walker (The Lexusman) but I'm not sure if they are available through him any more. Certainly worth a try.
