I have wind noise on my driver's side, have had a  sealer replaced on the black quarter panel on the driver's window but hasn't helped.

Any suggestions

I have found when trying to find the exact source of a noise a microphone plugged into the aux audio jack point works well. With a passenger sat in the front or rear of the car moving the microphone around the likely areas that the sound could be coming from. With the volume of the radio turned up soon pinpoints the noise rather like a doctors stethoscope.

I've got this issue but on the passengers side, suspected it was the replacement windscreen but after cering with masking tape it made no difference. I've got some stuff to try on the seals but don't have much hope of fixing it. I only get it over 70mph.
