Auto fold mirrors 2013rx450h

Can the auto fold mirrors be set to fold when the car is switched off? I'm constantly forgetting and then having to start the car and press the button and switch off again

from searches it seems like a dealer can program it? But that's a US PDF

My mirrors fold when I lock the car.  It's a 2013 Luxury and has an "Auto" button next to the mirror switch on the door.  I believe this is what puts the mirrors in to "Auto" function.  Maybe not all the models have this function ?

I've got an SEl Advance and mine does the same.  Door mirrors can be set to auto fold by pressing the auto button on the mirror control switch (a green indicator light on the switch will come on) .  See page 117 of the manual.
