I'm sorry, but the business model works even better now you mention helicopters. @emjay82 can sell the houses, each with free helicopter PLUS 1 year servicing. He knows loads about helicopters, and what he's forgotten can easily be picked up from one of them there Haynes manuals.

These helicopters look quite simple.
