Hi

Are these the same pads as the dealer would use? Are they recommended?

No way of knowing. Obviously Lexus don't make their own pads but even buying from an OEM one cannot be sure they are made to the same quality or specification as those supplied to Lexus

How does the price compare with that from the dealership parts dept?

As far as i am aware yes.  It's also worth noting that Pagid make the brakes for AMGs so both decent pads.

I am currently running ebc yellowstuff pads if you fancied something a bit different.  A tad more but still less than a dealers price.

Thanks folks! Used yellow stuff a couple yrs ago and they were fine, just thought I'd see if these brembos were ok, I might give them a try!

There have been several members on here who have fitted them without any issues. I have bought some for the future but not needed to have them fitted yet. The part numbers of the delivered pads match Brembo's website.

I put these pads on my F a couple of thousand miles ago , work perfect . Should do really as the calipers are made by brembro.
