Lexus Customer Portal

I have been trying to get into the Lexus Customer Portal without much joy. I'm wondering if anyone else is having similar problems.

I am trying to check what is the latest firmware available.  My car was in with the dealer today and I asked them to update the firmware for me as mine was still showing VD12103A and I was certain that I'd seen another member had updated to VD12103B.

Has anyone else updated to this version?

P.S. I forgot to say that the dealer said that I already had the latest version.

It's being updated. I've tried logging on for the past 24hrs so, I emailed them. Apparently, they are doing something resembling Enform but, without the sim integration. So we won't get remote start etc.

I think current firmware is at least VD12103C or possibly D, there was a thread on it recently. It's available on the Lexus Tech page, not in the Portal for download
