Hi sliyk,

I've a 2015 F-sport which came with same problem when purchased last year. Didn't fixed mine yet also but searched and searched on net and find out that you can buy a new screen from Lexus ( I'm talking about only the screen ..not the hole device 🙂 ) and is quite straightforward to replace it. Can't say how much cost but again can not be too expensive as we talk about the screen protector. I've seen on YouTube a video just last week where a guy replaced it...unfortunately have no link to give you. Try to find it like I said on YouTube

Wow, it’s a good job you posted that just in case anybody missed the part number in earlier posts.

I had the same problem with a scratched screen when I first purchased my s/h IS300h.

After reading up on various remedies I decided to remove the anti-glare coating. I used the product below,

gently rubbing the screen with the scratch remover. After half an hour the anti-glare was removed.

This was two years ago and I have not missed the anti-glare. The screen is also quite a brighter.

I've taken it the hole screen ( two m10 bolts only and disconnected the two connectors from the back of the unit) and like duotone mentioned above takes about 20-30min to remove the anti glare coating. I actually used "interior wipes" bought for only €1.50 from point shop and used only one wipe for the hole process!! No residue left after cleaning the hole screen!! The screen is literally like brand new also slightly brighter. Can't beat that. Previously asked on Lexus garage for a screen protector replacement and I've been told ....£100!! I didn't mind in the beginning but I realised that the famous scratches problem will just come back very soon hence I decided just to completely remove the anti glare coat myself and be richer with £100 :))))

And to make it worse some of the same parts are used on the Prius as they are on the IS300h
I’ve had this in the past, the Lexus department refused to look at it[emoji35], my friendly Toyota service dept told me to bring the part in, they then processed the warranty but assigned it to a Toyota [emoji106]
