Amber brake warning light on dash

I have had an amber Brake light intermittent on my dash it shows for about a second it's booked in for recall so they will look at it then.I cannot see this in hand book and neither dealer or Lexus customer service can tell me what it means.Shocking really also I am trying to establish if I have voice recognition on my nx luxury again this is quite poor as when I push voice on steering wheel it says you gave no voice tags any assistance please

when my dash brake warning light goes on it usually means  ( about every 16 years or so )  that a stop bulb has blown....  on my several Ls400s over the years

Is it an amber exclamation mark with a half circle around it? Could be the tyre pressure monitoring system
