Jumping Ship But Not Far

Had a test drive yesterday in a GS 300h, had it four to five hours did some urban/motorway/twisty road stuff and was quite impressed, really liked the new " safety + " system and that 12in screen.

So to the point, got a fair trade-in for my 250 v6 and a discount of a new one sitting in Bristol docks so ordered a Executive Edition in Sonic Titanium and black leather, but has to be registered before the end of the month.

Did you find differences in performance between  your 250 V6 and GS 300h?

Not that much really, only in the way it delivered the power, were as planting your foot hard down in the V6 there was a slight delay as it flipped down a couple of gears, in the hybrid in speed acceleration was a little quicker, so though the V6 is a second faster to 62mph, in speed acceleration  ( where its really matters ) is a little better in the 300h.

In the real world driving I don't think I'll notice much difference, hope that makes some sense.

Good choice. I to jumped ship from a IS300H Fsport to a GS300H lux.  Not sure why but the GS has better MPG.  Great choice & colour.  Cant wait to see the pictures.

Have got a collection date for 26th, it's going to be a long 2 weeks, though better than my last IS waited 4 months for that.
