Coolant change frequency?

My IS250 has now clocked over 100k and to the best of my knowledge it hasn't had its coolant changed, I'm sure I've read somewhere that it should be done at 120k or 5 years whichever is the sooner. Can anyone help?

First change at 10 years then every 5 years (if you use proper Toyota pink long life coolant)

Mileage is irrelevant (in this context)

Thanks John, should be a relatively cheap 100k service then as the diff oil & brake fluid was changed last year.
