I'm not sure about the latest shape but with the last gen is, GS, Rx & ls the screw thread was the same on all so you could swap knobs.

id be surprised if they changed it on the new model and if they have then it will most likely be the same through the range again.

Yep 100% guaranteed. 

If you look at the pictures, the gear shifter has been fitted to an IS and the IS, NX and RC all use the same gear knob so you should be fine.

I didn't know that we could buy products on eBay from Japan directly, last time I looked you had to have an agent who bought the part for you and then shipped it over from them so incurring 2 lots of shipping.

Just be aware that you may be subject to VAT and other handling charges once it arrives in the U.K. but I do like the "free" shipping.

I have bought accessories from Japan before and never had any issues. However most USA based Lexus dealers or online retailers will not sell to UK customers; I don't know why.
