hello all
i have a 1995 gs300 lexus
2 weeks ago my serpentine belt slipped off and the crank pulley was half hanging off so i tapped it back in and put the belt back on
then the starter motor went last week so i changed it
then a couple of days later when i start turning the steering wheel all the dash lights come on and the steering wheel gets heavy plus the engine appears to slow down but the revs go higher

is this anything to do with the harmonic damper
any help would really be appreciated thanks in advance

So you've posted in the wrong forum, however.........

You cannot just tap that pulley back on it's supposed to be bonded to the rest of the dampener. The symptoms you are now seeing is because it's most likely slipping on the circumference of the inner piece.

Replace the harmonic dampener and all will be well :)
