Audio system traffic alerts

The traffic alerts setting on the audio system is set to On for both DAB and FM. However no traffic alerts are received and it is like the setting is at Off, which it isn't. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've noticed the alerts come thru on FM but not on DAB even though both are selected to be on..

TA switched on - you can also select local or national. This will make a difference to what you receive in FM band.
