I'm lucky enough to have a brick double garage for my IS250.

Should I try and let the car dry as much as possible before putting it in the garage after a wet drive? What experience do people have?

I was also thinking about getting an electric fan on a timer to circulate the air, if I park within there when it is wet. Thoughts?

Depends on how long you intend to park it in the garage for really.

Leaving a wet car in the garage for a night and even leaving it for a week before driving isn't going to do any harm. Ive had my current RX garaged for 4 years with no issues and my previous RX garaged for 8 years, again with no problems.

The only problem I can think of is sticking parking brakes if it gets cold but just leave the parking brake off and its not an issue

Never put my car in the garage wet - leave it outside or, as Verbout suggests, leave the door/windows of the garage open.
