I listen to my music via a 64gb USB stick. I have 5 different folders on it - General Music A-Z, Compilations, Soundtracks, Irish Music, Classical. In my previous cars ( Audi A6/5-Series) the system showed the 5 folders. Then I could go into which ever folder I wanted and select the artist/album/track that I wished to listen to. In the Lexus it seems to have merged the 5 folders together. Is there a way I can sort this? Thanks.

Thats quite odd as both my cars show folders separately. Your GS300h is running on the same system as the one in my RX so I can't work out why its doing what its doing.

The only thing I can think of is if you have subfolders within folders, itll probably cause the system to get confused.

On my GS folders are read starting in alphabetical order, but if a folder has subfolders they are read before starting another folder in the list.

Besides, you can ask by voice to listen a title or a artist, provided that the mp3 files are recorded with right  description.

All this is written in user manual of navi-multimedia system, and not so practical indeed, because you can have on display only one folder and one title, so if, for instance you are on "A" folder and  like to listen  "M" folder you need to browse with arrow all the folders between A and M.

Giving voice command may be easier , you say "Play artist xxx" , or "play song yyyy" , but I don't the exact way to send a command in english as I speak another language.

For a list of command you can ask "help" and read all the list on display.
