Ok lads bought a is200se last year from local garage on a y plate with 68k on clock for £12995 / £4500 off my 3181 bmw the only thing is i only got one key with the car / need to know costs of another key fob

£138 for the key / transmitter.

Add half an hour labour to program the car to accept it.

Should be 3 keys - 2x3 button and 1x2 button (no boot opener)

Also, there's a finite no. of keys that can be programmed in the car.

Once all used up, i think you need to have the whole system changed.

I had a master key with a broken shell replaced for 65 euros ex VAT. Tried programming it myself with the master key and the procedures mentioned in the Knowledge Base, didn't work (programming the central locking remote did work). I ended up putting the transmitter of the broken key in the new one.
