How to access "vehicle customization settings"

In the manual, it says you can access Vehicle Customisation settings to change all manner of things. One thing I particularly want to change is the number of flashes from the indicator.

But I cannot find them. When I go into the settings, the only thing I can change is whether the seat partially moves or not when I exit the car. 

How do I find the other settings?

The number of flashes from the indicator is a dealer customization only so you won't be able to do that unless you use something like Carista app

The other settings are as follows:

Menu > Setup > Vehicle

Sorry, it's a 2014 GS300h.

Not sure why the owner can't be trusted with some of these settings. Seems very odd!

Different car but my ct allows me to change indicator flashes on the media screen under " setup " car customisation menu.

changed mine from 3 to 5 but goes as high as 11!
